Mining Pulse

The Mining Pulse is a metric which tracks the speed of blocks mined and compares it to the target blocktimeof 600 seconds. Where more miners are coming online, hash-power increases and blocks will come in slightly faster than the target (negative miner pulse). Conversely, during periods of miner stress, hash-power will reduce and blocks will slow down (positive miner pulse). Usually, maximum miner pain (high positive values) occurs near bear market bottoms and maximum profit (low negative values) occur near market tops as miners get greedy and overleveraged.
